  • What is included in the rent?

    All our apartments come fully furnished with stylish decor and boast fully equipped kitchens for self-catering convenience. Additionally, the rent covers water, electricity and heating expenses.

    Parking is not included but is available along the streets, often free of charge between 5 PM and 9 AM (please note that parking regulations may vary by area).

    Guests also have complimentary access to a communal laundry room featuring modern, high-quality washers. Advanced booking is required.

  • Where can I find more information regarding the accommodation itself once I arrive?

    All practical information essential for your stay can be conveniently accessed through the information sheet provided in the apartment. This comprehensive resource includes details such as the Wi-Fi name and password for internet access, guidelines for recycling within your building, the location of the laundry room, and a list of all our contacts.

  • What if I arrive at the apartment late in the evening? How will I be able to enter?

    Once a booking is confirmed by the resident, we will promptly send a booking confirmation email containing all the necessary check-in information.

    Please note that the earliest check-in time to our apartments is 3 PM on the arrival date, applicable for both weekdays and weekends.

  • Can I book as a private person?

    At Stay Inn, we specialize in corporate bookings, and as such, we require written approval from your employer confirming their acceptance of responsibility for payment of the accommodation.

    All charges incurred during your stay will be invoiced directly to your employer. This streamlined process ensures seamless payment handling and allows you to focus on your business priorities during your stay with us.

  • Can I bring a pet with me?

    We maintain a strict no-pet policy in most of our apartments due to allergies. However, if you require a pet-friendly accommodation, please include this information in your inquiry. Our reservations team will assist you in finding the best suitable option for your needs. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we strive to accommodate all requests to ensure a pleasant stay with us.

  • What should I bring with me?

    Everything is included; from kitchen equipment to bed linens, towels. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
